Our Business Model
Marketing Commissions
Papaya Property operates on a commission-based model:
- We partner with real estate developers in Thailand through brokerage agreements
- When a buyer referred through our platform completes a purchase, developers pay us a marketing commission
We share a portion of these commissions (at least 30%) with our affiliate partners
No Fees for Buyers: Property seekers use our platform completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees, membership costs, or charges for browsing listings or making inquiries.
